Unit Layout
You will find a 3-room apartment with a total area of 55 square meters, situated on the second floor. The living/dining room features a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, with an exit leading to a balcony. One of the rooms is equipped with a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm in length, also providing access to the balcony. The other room has two beds, each measuring 80 cm wide and 200 cm long.

The open kitchen area is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, Senseo coffee capsules are provided as an extra convenience. A cooking island is also included in the kitchen layout. The apartment features a shower and a separate toilet.
