We enjoyed our stay for the most part. , The interior was set up nicely, it was clean and it was comfortable. Plenty of towels and beach towels. Ice machine was a nice touch and the coffee makers and supplies. The Beds were acceptable. Fans were provided throughout the home.I hate to give anything but a 5 Star review, this house has the bones of a great vacation home it just needs some work.We were disappointed at these items: the deck, it needs maintenance, splinters in feet are not fun and squishy board at top of stairs, plumbing needs overhaul, toilet bubble and shot up toilet water randomly, could not even flush toilet paper (the typing below the usual sign do not flush and a list of items did not register at first because it was so small). The shower water had a sewer gas odor making shower unpleasant. The showers did look. nice We should have been warned in advance to bring gallons of drinking water due to the plumbing issues. Lastly, the thermostat never showed temps below 72 even at night so sleeping was a bit on the warm side. Other comment, I have never had to bring our own high chairs or porta cribs, don't get me wrong they were offered, but you had to rent them, usually in all of our stays they are an amenity that comes with the home. With plumbing overhauls, maybe charging the freon on the AC, and adding a whole house water filtration system, this house would be a gem, currently it is just a gem in the rough.
