The open concept floor plan with doors out to the large decks will make it comfortable for all to relax and enjoy those ocean waves and sea breezes. The stunning modern kitchen features cool stained cabinetry with granite countertops and an oversized island. The family room includes a cozy fireplace and large windows allowing the natural light to shine through.
End your beach day in the spacious primary suite on the main living level. The primary bath includes a large walk-in shower, dual vanities, and separate garden tub. Head to the top level where you will find 3 more bedrooms and access to the 2nd floor balcony - great ready for wow views!

On your drive, stop by the grocery store for your favorite grillables and beverages, make a pit stop at the bait shop to fill your bait bucket (great fishing in TI), and/or place a call to make arrangements to rent a golf cart - this is a very golf cart friendly spot. Enjoy the Gulfside's uncrowded pedestrian beach (no cars allowed for 300 yards but golf carts welcomed) where you can setup your group's camp for the day on the beach to build sandcastles, jump in the surf, find unique shells and sand dollars, boogie board, shore & surf fish and build an evening bonfire. Or if preferred, utilize the available launch for your boat or kayak or head to the fishing pier on the bayside. Some much to do so little time!

The house was exceptionally clean and inviting and the views were amazing. It is a 4 or 5 minute walk to the beach access so be prepared for that with a simple wagon. Other wise, the house was beautiful and perfect for our family of 5. The host responded quickly to a couple of questions we had and made the stay wonderful.

I believe this was the cleanest rental I've ever stayed in. Beautiful home. The host had all of our questions answered before we even had to ask. The 1 and only complaint would be the 4 o'clock check in time, having a check in atleast by 2 would be much more convenient. Other than that, perfect rental. I would highly recommend this booking and host!!

Perfect home for our stay in Freeport. Beautiful view of the water from both patios. And I did love the 3.5 bathrooms was very convenient when getting ready and washing up after the beach! The property manager was very quick to reply back with a solution when we messaged them! This house is not far for a visit to the hustle and bustle of Galveston but qives you a nice peaceful feel of nature. The neighborhood beach is close enough to walk and not overly crowded.

Spring Break with Family
Enjoyed our stay. House was spacious and clean. Location was away from a lot of things but still pretty close to what we wanted to do. There is a toll bridge right outside of the complex so anytime you want to go to Galveston or that way you have to pay 2 each way which over the week added up. They also didn't have hardly any outdoor chairs. House has a huge deck and two chairs so unless we wanted to try and haul down chairs from the upper deck, then we couldn't all sit out on main deck together. House had most of the other items we need.

House located steps away from the water with large patios, very well kept and clean. I wish we could used the lift to get up to 2nd floor.
One of the best house in this neighborhood and would stay here again.
