Room was clean and i love the floor plan, very nice staff but neglected to tell us that we would have to call to have the room serviced. Newly implemented change but not telling guests upon check-in. We stayed 3 nights, didnt worry so much about the 1st 2 but by the 3rd we came in too late to ask for service. Needed a couple of maintenence issues with door lock and toilet but overall, breakfast was good and the property amenities nice. They should have notified guests up front about the room servicing.

Our stay was great, we did not have breakfast as we had other plans. The location, the service from front office was very good, our room was clean and fresh, we would definitely come back again and stay at the property. Only thing that we thought was odd is that we did not have our room done or "refreshed" (fresh sheets etc) , we stayed two nights, I know some places you have to staya minimum of 3 nights to have your sheets changed. But that is minimal, no problem. We really enjoyed our stay... the pool area in the back is great!

The staff was courteous. my room was pleasant but there was a dirty towel hanging from the shower rod and dark hair in the sink. I will probably not stay there again if i have other options available.

rooms were clean but maybe needed a bit more vacuuming. great location, mostly everything is in walking distance or a good 2-20 min drive to places near by. staff was friendly. nice fire pit by the pool! pretty good breakfast but get there early , didn’t seem like they were putting out any more food after 9:30 , 7am-10am… went the second day and was nothing left around930. besides waffles. had it Saturday pretty good options… all around good stay very convenient

We loved our stay at Sunday House Inn & Suites. We chose a queen suite and couldn't have been more comfortable. The property is older, but VERY well maintained with a perfect location for visiting the Fredericksburg area. The staff was absolutely amazing and friendly. This will be the place we return to again and again when visiting Fredericksburg, TX!
