Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire cottage, the fenced-in yard, and the private hot tub. Entry is seamless and secure with keyless entry; a unique access code for the front door will be sent to you just before your stay.



You will also have exclusive access to fast recommendations for top local attractions, activities, and reservations.



Please note that the pergola, outdoor fireplace, picnic table, and treehouse located on the larger property are shared amenities with another on-site rental.



Other Things to Note:

There is another bookable vacation rental on-site that shares access to the pergola, outdoor fireplace, and picnic table. Other travelers may be present during your stay, but you will have a private yard and hot tub.



Check in is at 4 PM and check out is at 11 AM. Early check in may be available upon request for a fee.



Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the bungalow.



Pets are welcome with prior approval. Their is a pet fee , so please include your pet on the reservation so we know they are coming as well.



There is absolutely no smoking inside the unit. A minimum 250 dollar fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking.
