This luxurious two-bedroom, two-bath suite is located on the top floor of a beautifully preserved historic building that once housed the Bank of Fredericksburg. Originally designed with banking operations on the ground floor and the bank owner’s residence above, the building still radiates historic charm while offering all the comforts of modern luxury.

- You only have access to the rooftop deck, no gravel roof access is permitted.
- No open flames permitted on the deck.
- Please read instructions posted by the door leading to the deck about occupancy and weight limit for deck use.

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $53.00 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
