Situated 1 block off of Main Street, Little Acorn is within walking distance of popular restaurants, shops, live music and area events. Terrific cottage located perfectly in a quiet neighborhood just off the main thoroughfare of Fredericksburg. Excellent communication with the host. Cottage is smartly decorated and quite attractive. We had a wonderful stay.

Cute Acorn Cottage

Such a sweet cottage. It was perfect for our stay. Close to Main Street. Owners were responsive. We even made a friend out of the sweet cat Tia. I hope the next people that come in take care of her by leaving food out for her. Poor thing was getting beat up by something.

Great Getaway

We were looking for a nice alternative to a hotel for a quick one night getaway. Little Acorn was perfect! It was clean, all the amenities were as advertised and the AC was super cold! (Much needed on a 100 degree day). Will 100% look to return on our next overnight to Fredericksburg.
