The Space:
Welcome to your charming home away from home! As you step onto the welcoming front porch, you'll feel the warmth of Casa Agave. As you enter the spacious living room, bask in the natural light and designer furnishings that surround you - an oversized couch with a comfortable chaise lounge, and a retro armchair that are the perfect spots to enjoy your favorite sports or movies on the large, flat-screen TV. The stylish and inviting kitchen exudes retro charm and is fully stocked with pastel-colored appliances, plate ware, flatware, glassware, and everything you need to cook & dine in or enjoy a round of cocktails with friends and family.

With accommodations for up to six guests, Casa Agave features two spacious bedrooms, one with a King size bed and the other with a Queen size bed, plus an additional den space that can be closed off for privacy with a bunk bed and an extra wide chaise lounge. Enjoy endless entertainment in the large game room equipped with a ping-pong table, oversized Jenga, Corn-Hole, Hook and Ring games, and more! For convenience, a tastefully hidden washer and dryer is located behind custom-built barn doors.

Relax outside on the cozy patio swing or gather around the inviting fire pit to chat and star gaze under the Texas night sky. Mid century Mad Men meets Texas: Casa Agava

Wonderful, fun, cute and comfortable house. Very clean, large bathroom with plenty of hot water for three showers in a row and very fun, fully equipped “vintage” kitchen. Cheerful throughout!My husband and grandson battled it out on the ping pong table and loved watching March Madness basketball on the easy to figure out smart TV. The owner was available, but we never had an issue to discuss. Great location and love playing ping pong every day!

My family had a fantastic time! This cozy house is fashionably decorated and well stocked. We brought extra supplies and did not need it at all. Location was great. Just a 20 minute drive to Enchanted Rock, we hiked during the day and hung out in downtown Fredericksburg shops and restaurants. The ping pong was a nice surprise. It was so much fun! Thank you so much!

Bday weekend

Fabulous place and fabulous weekend. Joe Bachmeier has a wonderful home. It was clean and exactly what we were looking for. The games were great especially the cornhole & ping pong. 🏓 The neighborhood was safe and quiet and a perfect location to all the wineries were visited. We will definitely be back and will stay here again. If you’re looking for a spacious home with all the fixings and close to Main Street & the wineries-THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!

Great little spot

Property was in a nice area, plenty of parking, close to a lot of stores. Wife and I enjoyed walking the dogs around the quiet neighborhood and to the close coffee shop. Plenty of space for people to sleep if you bring people! Host was very quick to response for anything we needed, definitely referring this place to people!
