Welcome to A Crystal Place! A recently updated charming home tucked away in a quiet neighborhood only minutes away from historic downtown Fredericksburg. The large backyard with a hot tub and fire pit is just the place to relax and unwind at the end of your day.



The Space:

Pops of bright colors throughout the home and stunning decor give the house a luxurious feel. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms offer plenty of space for up to six guests. Each bedroom features a king-size bed and a television for those who enjoy lounging in bed and watching their favorite show before bedtime.



The home has several gathering spots; the living room offers a cozy, intimate space for some great conversation while sipping wine, and the dining space is perfect for having a meal or a game night. There is also a small sitting area perfect for having coffee while discussing the day's activities. A Crystal Place is ideal for a couple's trip, a mom's weekend getaway, a shopping trip, or a small family gathering.

1. Check-in instructions, house rules, and property addresses will be provided after booking.

2. Not all homes have cable; consider setting up a streaming account in advance.

3. Our team is committed to assisting you, though occasional check-in delays may occur during peak periods.

4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures, or discontinued or interrupted services that occur during your stay.

5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.

6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.

7. Start-up sundries provided for the first two days; report missing items within one hour of arrival.

8. Pet-friendly units welcome pets with an additional fee; ensure pets are well-behaved and respectful.

9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place, but some insects are inevitable.

10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental. Wood for the firepit is not provided.

11. Please observe Fredericksburg’s Quiet Hours (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.)

12. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use.

13. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.

14. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
