FAMILIES & CHILDREN
Children and infants are welcome; however, please note the historic nature of the home means there are a few interior steps and the property is not childproofed. Please be cautious of pool, hot tub and fireplace areas. Parents should never leave their children unattended.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE
To keep the property in top condition for all guests:
• Pool service typically occurs midweek
• Lawn service usually occurs on Mondays
• Pest control service is performed on a quarterly basis. Due to the home’s location in the Hill Country, you may occasionally see some local wildlife or insects despite regular treatment. For your convenience, we provide bug spray near the back door.

Service providers may access the backyard through the side gate and will knock first. We will do our best to notify guests in advance whenever possible.

Cleaning:
• Every linen, comforter, and towel is professionally laundered between stays
• After each stay we replace all towels and linens
• Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property
• Starter Amenities provided: Details will be provided in guidebook upon booking

Important Information:
PLEASE NOTE: As we use API-connected software, we have two (2) further requirements due within 48 hours of your booking:
1. A signed Rental Agreement
2. A fully refundable security deposit (placed as a hold on a valid credit card).
• These steps allow us to provide you and all of our guests with the best stay that we can!
• If you are not comfortable with these requirements, you are permitted to cancel your stay with us penalty free within 48 hours of booking
• Contracting guests must have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation

The security deposit for this property is $150.00.
