Great stay

We loved this property. Very clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable beds. Had everything we needed and was just a few minutes to Winter Park attractions and about 40 minutes to Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Winter Park

We have stayed in this neighborhood on a few occasions and love the floor plan and overall area. Close to everything and a perfect house for two families. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend for anyone venturing to this area.

Great Location, Access and Amenities

Good location, next to tubing hill, close to skiing mountain, grocery store, lots of amenities in the house for adults and especially kids. Would rent this property again.

Perfect stay

This place is amazing. Fully equipped for both and adults and kids, with lots of room and dedicated space for each. We loved the private hot tub and heated garage was great for keeping our ski boots warm in the morning. Will absolutely come back.

Amazing property

Beautiful location, clean, smelled fresh as we walked in. The combination of bedrooms and bathrooms worked really well for 2 families, 3 adults and 4 kids to enjoy. Toy box upstairs was amazing for our kids to enjoy! We played lots of marble run, and the old school nintendo and two stand alone arcade games were a big hit as well (when we let them play - there is much more to being in that area than video games!!). Kitchen was very well equipped, hot tub evening stargazing was amazing. Hope to be back soon!

Great location and property, minutes from Winter Park

Wonderful, well-stocked property, easy to get to Winter Park. We had a blast on our group ski trip! The hot tub (a very important part of any ski trip) was not clean and unusable for the week.

Wonderful weekend vacation

The house was wonderful and just what we needed for 4 adults and 2 kids. The house was incredibly well stocked and had a great layout! Nice and open floor plan that made it easy to gather together. The home itself was very nice. Well stocked with dishes, cooking supplies, games, toys for kids! The view out the back door is beautiful. Nice views of the mountains. Downtown Winter Park is very family friendly! Would definitely stay here again!

Best VRBO experience

This is a wonderful property. It has all the amenities you could need and many extras that I’ve never seen provided in other VRBOs we’ve stayed at. We spent Christmas here and it was a wonderful relaxing vacation for us. The beds were comfortable and the kids (we have 4) loved having plenty of space upright to play and have individual beds. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook dinner every night and to make a full Christmas holiday meal. The home is convenient to get to the slopes with a less than 15 minute drive to the ski resort. Fraser tubing Hill is just around the corner which was a blast. The grocery store is also within a 1-2 minute drive and had everything we needed to feed the family.

Wonderful Mountain Property!

We booked this property over the Memorial Day holiday and it was wonderful! Everything was new, clean, and in great working order. The owners really went above and beyond to have everything fully stocked and available during our stay. Everything was labeled in the kitchen and throughout the house so you knew exactly where everything was. They provided coffee, filters, and all paper products, which was great to not worry about! We also were very pleasantly surprised that they had a whole chest full of toys - our 2-year-old son was so thrilled! The beds were all super comfy and the hot tub was great to use at night. The views were also amazing and it was close to everything in town. There is a train that runs very close to this property but unless we were outside we couldn't hear it that much - our son loved to watch it go! The local contact was also easy to get in touch with and very accommodating. We added an additional night to our stay and Evolve was quick and efficient in helping get that done for us. Highly recommend this property for all who want a great stay in the Winter Park/Fraser area!

My family and I loved it! They had really thought of everything to make our stay feel like a home away from home. with the house being stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils we stayed in and cooked one night. The meal and home-like atmosphere was so nice while being able to relax and watch Shark week.
