The worst attitude..AC not working and claiming it’s Ecosystrm issue.. very poor manner and attitude trying to convince me that the AC was working.. they changed our two rooms the day after with an official working AC ? The employees were very rude and impolite and entered my room without permission while my family lying on the bed .. I have never faced such an attitude in my life in a hotel

Location was okay. Dining options are limited to tourists trap mostly. Convenient for LGBT friendly bars and clubs. The property is very old and run down, in desperate need of a facelift. Shower water smells, bathroom was also stinky. The bed was alright and the night went by super quiet, that was very nice!

The location is very good in that it is walking distance to Zeil Street, the main shopping area of Frankfurt City. There are good dining options around it. Right beside the hotel is a nice Thai restaurant for a fine dining experience. One block away is where other dining choices exist ... Italian, Japanese, Middle Eastern and a MacDonalds as well. The hotel itself is like a boutique hotel. We were fortunate to have been upgraded to a corner suite instead of a deluxe room that we originally booked.

The carpets in the halls were stinky, there were splatters on the walls in the hall, no working A/C in the room, the refrigerator was barely cold.. was charged for the room when it was already paid for. One of he few good things about the hotel is its location! Yanuz - front desk employee provided a thoughtful and professional customer service. His colleagues can learn from him The 5th floor does have air-contioning system working properly or at all After two sleepness and miserable nights, we asked to be moved. There were other upset guests who shared the same experience. It is unfortunate that a hotel with such a great potential does not deliver high quality service. Some of the rooms are run down, some of them are nice and renovated. My parents were lucky, my family was not.We have a child and changing rooms, repacking, unpacking it was the last thing I wanted to do on our vacation. Also, do not miss the daily replenishment of the drinks supplies because they will not provide you with even water later with the excuse that is subcontracted but they offer you to purchase small bottles overpriced water they sale in the lobby. The breakfast is the same every day and average quality. If you like you onions and vegetables sauteed first, not raw - skip the omelet.

The property is ok. The lobby is very updated and modern. The rooms are minimalistic,which was ok with us. The front desk staff were not overly welcoming and the rooms seem a little bit rundown. Nothing that a fresh coat of paint and some elbow grease couldn’t fix. The beds and bedding were lovely. And the fact that the floors were not carpeted was a bonus, in my opinion.
