Kitchen equipment: dishwasher, oven, electric coffee maker... Bedding: 1 x 140, 2 x 90 bunk beds. Comfort elements: dishwasher, vacuum cleaner... Leisure equipment: garden furniture, TV... Surface area: 39 m². NEARBY: Facing the main beach, 150m from the pedestrian street and all shops. Bus station: 250m, SNCF train station: 6.3km, Rochefort thermal establishment 15 mins away. TO PAY on arrival: security deposit of €500 for the rental, €70 for cleaning, and tourist tax.
