We were given 2 hand towels none for shower. Shower never got warm. Handsink doesn't stay on automatically. TV was on snow screen when we arrived at 2am to light the room. Toilet paper got soaked from shower overspray and leaky sink. Bug in the honey and egg shells in the scrambled egg buffet. No soap or shampoo, but the cold shower wasn't enticing anyways

Logo no início da estadia tivemos problemas com o chuveiro, que não funcionava corretamente e estava dando choque, tv que não funcionava. Além disso, houve falta de energia durante a viagem, causando bastante transtorno. O café da manhã foi um dos pontos mais decepcionantes. O suco parecia estar estragado, os pães estavam duros e, de modo geral, a qualidade dos alimentos era muito ruim. Para piorar, no último dia, quando acordamos para nos arrumar e fazer o check-out, não havia água no hotel, o que dificultou muito nossa saída. Também tivemos uma experiência desagradável com o atendente da recepção do turno da noite, que foi pouco cordial e demonstrou despreparo no atendimento aos hóspedes. Diante de todos esses problemas, não tivemos uma boa experiência e não recomendamos a hospedagem.

Toda a equipe do hotel é educadíssima e cordial com os hospedes, principalmente as camareiras. O café da manhã é simples, mas é bastante gostoso e farto. A internet do hotel praticamente não funciona, permanecendo constantemente oscilando e, na maior parte do tempo, sem qualquer conexão estável. A televisão do quarto igualmente não oferece funcionamento adequado, pois não há acesso sequer aos canais abertos. E, como a internet também não funciona corretamente, torna-se impossível utilizar aplicativos ou canais via streaming disponíveis na TV.
