We were given 2 hand towels none for shower. Shower never got warm. Handsink doesn't stay on automatically. TV was on snow screen when we arrived at 2am to light the room. Toilet paper got soaked from shower overspray and leaky sink. Bug in the honey and egg shells in the scrambled egg buffet. No soap or shampoo, but the cold shower wasn't enticing anyways

Not safe for foreigners. Treated rudely by staff and charged extra hidden fees juet for a friend who dropped by for dinner and then left. The hotel wakes up at 5 am and then doors are slamming. When i came in late one night, the desk clerk called the police to complain about noise at 1 am. I cancelled my reservation and they loat enough money to pay that clerk's salary for 6 months. Absolutely rude!!!

Horrible Hotel

This was a horrible hotel. While I was showering I saw a cockroach and once I was out of the shower I saw baby cockroaches crawling up on the walls. We checked out immediately, but since I booked through Hotels.com and they were unable to reach the hotel manager; therefore, lost my refund. They did not check me out when I left the hotel, so I was also unable to even get a partial refund. I went back to the hotel and the reception provided me with the managers WhatsApp. I messaged him and there has been no response. This hotel is a scam, they know about the infestation, but continue to take reservations online and then they get to keep people’s money as they do not respond to Hotels.com.

The hotel definitely needs a refurbishment, the room was very small, some lights were not functional, wi-fi was very intermittent. There are far much better hotels at the same cost in the area.

O atendimento foi zero cordial durante toda a estadia, os metais e limpeza do banheiro péssimos com muita sujeira e itens enferrujados e a vista para o mar não compensa por ser muito distante com muitas casas abaixo da sacada que atrapalham o visual. Além disso, acústica do quarto nota zero e o café da manhã deixa muito a desejar. A cereja do bolo foi uma mini barata na cama!

A equipe muito educados e soficitos. Café da manha TOP, a tapioca e o cuscuz feitos na hora, uma delícia. A estrutura do hotel é bem antiga, mas muito aconchegante. A localização fica proximo de restaurantes muito bons. Só ficamos decepcionados com a piscina, ficamos 10 dias hospedados e não teve limpeza nela, no ultimo dia estava impossivel ficar proximo da piscina pelo odor que exalava.

Equipe atenciosa e gentil. Mas há pontos de melhoria nos quartos. O primeiro que me colocaram não tinha janela! Chuveiro estava queimado, frigobar enferrujado, móveis velhos… me alocaram em um novo quarto mais confortável depois, mas ainda notei que não havia janela no banheiro, apenas o buraco não chumbado… boxPelo valor da estadia, acredito que esses pontos possam ser trabalhados!
