The Preppy sits in Westworth Village, one of Fort Worth's most sought-after neighborhoods, just minutes from Dickies Arena, the Stockyards, TCU, and the Cultural District. This is not a typical rental. It is a bold, maximalist retreat built for celebration, connection, and the kind of weekend your group talks about for years.
The property sleeps 12 across five styled bedrooms with accommodations designed for group travel done right. From the moment you walk in, layered wallpaper, vaulted ceilings, playful color palettes, and curated textures set the tone. Expressive and refined. Photo ready without sacrificing comfort.
The foyer doubles as a fully styled Beauty Bar built for getting ready together before a night out. Five velvet swivel stools, an oversized custom mirror, ten outlets across two dedicated electrical circuits, bay windows with natural light, built-in bench seating, wallpapered walls and ceiling, and neon accents that make the pre-event ritual part of the experience.
The kitchen features KitchenAid appliances, a dining table for six, breakfast bar seating for five, additional seating for three, two pink 14-cup coffee makers, and a dedicated coffee station. The open layout keeps the group connected whether someone is cooking or just passing through.
A large Pella sliding glass door opens from the living area to the elevated deck with outdoor dining for six, lounge seating for four, and direct access to the hot tub. The outdoor game room and bar include a service window bar seating four, a secondary refrigerator, a Chesterfield sofa, a video game console, and a 72-inch pivoting television. Built for watch parties, late nights, and people who do not want the evening to end.
The backyard defines the stay. A private pool, a standalone heated hot tub, a barrel sauna, an outdoor bar, a snack shack, and a pool house lounge with velvet seating and layered ambient lighting. The signature pink studio, crowned with a restored vintage cupola, is one of the most distinctive features on the property and the most photographed backdrop in the backyard.
