Hotel staff charged me incidental on my credit card. The hotel check in staff told me that they would release the credit when I check out. But the charge went through and showed on my credit card. I called the hotel, they told me that I didn't show in the hotel in their record. Luckily I asked the hotel printed out the Guest Folio when I check out. I asked my bank to dispute this charge, will see what will happen in a few days. Probably never use this hotel again. I am actually surprised Hilton's service could be so bad, which was totally different from my previous experiences with any Hilton hotel.

Hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. Easy access to highway. Plenty of dining options (fast food) and plenty of shopping nearby. Hotel was also quiet, breakfast was decent. The gym was nice although equipment doesn't match the photo but it was still good. Room was clean and spacious. Would stay here again.

Comfortable stay

Staff was very friendly & helpful. My room could have been cleaner, the floor in the kitchenette & bathroom didn’t look like they had been mopped in a while. Besides that, it was a very pleasant stay. One tip I would offer is to go to target & get your own water. The tap is unpleasant.

Check in took a few as the attendant was away from the desk when I arrived with just a sign saying they were away, no bell or number to call. Was unable to access streaming services on the tv even after calling for help but otherwise the room was clean and comfortable, would stay again.
