We requested a room with a walk in shower and no bathtub.. this request was not honored. The bathroomsink areas need more counter space. The sliding door to the bathroom made a loud screeching noise when we opened it and it was hard to shut the door while someone was sleeping without waking them up! Refrigerator was not cold. We could hear everyone walking on the floor above us at night. Beds were comfortable and clean.

This was such a pleasant stay. Check in was so quick, and the front desk even gave me advice on the quickest way to get to my morning appointment. The room was clean and the beds were amazing. Fluffy pillows and crisp clean sheets as well!

I booked a standard King room. When we checked in and got to our room we were given an accessible room-which is fine-however we were not told of the change. Check in was a little slow. There was at least 5 couples in front of us and maybe 2-3 behind us but only one lady checking everyone in. She was very friendly but I felt bad for her not having any help. The room was clean and comfortable.

Waited over 30 mins at the front desk from someone to check us in. Desk lobby area was completely empty. Phone ringing off the hook finally someone came and didn’t seem empathetic or apologetic. One of the guest already there said it happened to them and that no one is ever at the front desk. Room was decent but dark, water pressure very low. Very noisy I could hear people running on the floor above us. The conditioner bottle was empty so that was great. When we checked out they didn’t ask anything about our stay.
