All of the bedrooms are upstairs. Downstairs you are greeted with a foyer, staircase, attached 2-car garage, and open concept dining/kitchen/living areas. There is a small butler’s pantry that leads to a half bath downstairs as well.

Upstairs at the top of the staircase is the dedicated office space. Next is the primary bedroom with en-suite, and down the hall there are two bedrooms, one full bathroom and a laundry room equipped with high efficiency washer and dryer stacked.

Note: this is an area that is rapidly improving with new construction and an ongoing rejuvenation of the neighborhood. However, you are almost guaranteed to see homeless people.
