This beautiful unit is conveniently located on the ground floor of building one. Just walk out your sliding door to our large grassy area and the beach just beyond the courtyard. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to make a great meal for your family when you want to eat in. The living room has a sofa sleeper and a large flat screen TV. There is balcony access from the living room. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a full bathroom with a tub / shower combo. The guest bedroom has two twin size beds and a full bathroom with a tub / shower combo. Free Wi-Fi available

El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.

Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

The unit was a great location to access the beach the pools were really nice! Loved the access to all the amenities. The only two things were the floors were a bit dirty and the washer and dryer in building one didn’t work well.

Location is fantastic. Booking and check in great. Property is secure and well kept. Room itself is in need of a new patio door, as well as some minor repairs and upgrades. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots/pans and silverware. Appliances work well. It’s disappointing to not have some small perks like salt/pepper, a roll of paper towels, more dish detergent, etc. We did receive warning to bring our own pool towels. That would be a nice perk, but I’m sure it saves a ton of laundry expense, so that’s acceptable to me. Recycling bins would be great. More than half of our ‘trash’ was recyclable. This room also had no beach ‘gear’ to reuse. We left 2 boogie boards, but were not confident they’d not be trashed. We gave 3 to neighbors, along with some sand buckets. I hope they are used by next renters.

Best kept secret

Quiet neighborhood, quiet complex, great amenities and beach - unit was in good condition, a little old but nicely updated. Will rent a ground floor unit here again!
