Disappointed

I’d reserved two rooms a few weeks ago. One with a king bed the other with two queen beds. I ended up with two rooms with two queen beds. My husband and I slept on one of the queen beds. The mattress was awful the other one was no better. And there was a constant flashing green light for the smoke erector directly above the bed. Neither of us could sleep with that light. Regarding the bed issue, I was told we have no extra rooms. I wasn’t asking for an extra room. I was ask g for the room I had asked for when I reserved it weeks ago! Poor customer service never going back! They could’ve offered me a discount or a voucher for a future stay. Very disappointing!
