The woman that checked us in acted like we were bothering her from watching TV in the back room. Actually rolled her eyes at me when I asked her a question. The common areas are beautiful, but our room not so much. The toilet was barely attached it rocked so badly. I think with a little TLC this could be a nice place. Also, replace the staff with someone who wants to be there.

The place was pretty clean. It was cold when we got to the room and it took a while to heat it up. The bathroom is far from the heater, so showering was cold. There was a slight smell in the room. Breakfast was average for a hotel. The waffles, however, were Texas shaped. Only interested with the staff once, she was nice. No wait time.

Being a veteran, I appreciate the veteran parking spot. I checked in pretty late and the lady that checked me in seemed put out almost cranky. The remote didn't work for the TV but I didn't report it.
