Pros: Great location within walking distance to many shops and restaurants in adjacent shopping center, friendly staff, spacious suites, especially the king suite, clean rooms, and reasonable rate when booking far in advance. Cons: Property and rooms are dated and could use a refresh, bedroom had a strong smell (food/spice) left behind from previous tenants that wouldn't go away even after the air filters were replaced. Neutral: Swimming pool was closed for maintenance during my stay so cannot comment on that. Conclusion: I would not hesitate to stay here again because the pros outweigh the cons. But next time, if necessary, I will ask to switch to a different room immediately.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this resort....resort was clean, had spacious well equipped suites, beautiful pool and is within walking distance to grocery and multiple dining options. Staff were friendly courteous and greeted you with a smile. Will definitely return.

We are here while a family member is treated at CC, 2 miles away. The apartment is very spacious, with a full kitchen, lots of light, comfortable bed and furniture, plenty of storage. Ours looks onto a very pretty splashing fountain surrounded by palms. Maid service is weekly. You can get extra towels, etc when needed. A Publix is across the street, along with many restaurants. The location is ideal. This property is very well-maintained, including the outside areas and walkways. The pool is spotless. I love the room, the location can't be beat, but the real gem is the staff. They are very quick to attend to any little thing. (And they are little things, as the property is so well-maintained) This applies to everyone we have met, from maintenance, to housekeeping, and the groundskeepers. The front desk crew, from the manager on down, deserve an extra special shout out. To a person, they are courteous, professional, competent, friendly, and knowledgeable. It is really a pleasure, and I think unusual, to have such constant good service. They really go the extra mile, cheerfully. We have been here a month, we have some extra needs due to our situation, and they have met and exceeded expectations in every way. Truly outstanding.
