The room was very nice, very clean, but the front desk staff was what made my stay outstanding. I believe it was Amber that I spoke with on the night of 12/2 and she was excellent in helping me with an issue I was having. Then Lamar at the front desk also helped me with several things, both had a positive attitude that I very much appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel, very comfortable and great people that are super helpful!

We booked a Queen bed and got a room with a double bed. I talked to the hotel about it and they basically said too bad. I feel like I should be refunded something, the sleep was terrible because the bed was so small. I feel like that was a terrible response from the hotel. If they didn't have enough Queen beds they shouldn't represent that they have them to book. I haven't slept in a bed that small for 30+ years and wouldn't have chosen this place had I known that was what was going to be provided. I also found three bugs in the room. They were alive and walking around, I do not know what kind of bugs they were, but either way, the bugs were found in different locations on different days.

This was our first stay at a Home2 Suites location. The room was wonderful! Lots of space and extremely clean. All hotel employees we met were very helpful, and a big shout out to Calvin at the front desk for his help on questions we had.

Breakfast was pretty good, a number of hot options plus a few different breads, cereals. It would have been nice to have a few more fruit options.The room itself was clean, but the bathroom particularly the shower could have been cleaner and a better fan would have helped with ventilation.
