Could be 5 star except: Saggy mattress No bath vent fan Loud fridge and AC TOXIC cleaners being used made my eyes burn throat sore headache Weak coffee Terrible TV options. Everything was great from the moment we checked in. The receptionist was super friendly and the room was clean and spacious. Unfortunately the guest above must’ve had kids and they kept running around so it was kinda loud. My only complaint is the house keeping manager I’m assuming came to the door and said you know checkout was 11 it was 11:15. I had booked with Expedia and on the booking it said 11:30 check out so I apologized and said mine said 11:30 I’m just finishing up sorry she seemed a little bothered. Other than that it was a great experience I’d book again

The hotel is located in a shopping area with a Texas Roadhouse on one side and a movie theater on the other side. There are also several other eating and shopping establishments within a very short walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was always good and the coffee was always hot. This is my second time to stay there.
