Great hotel, really kind and helpful staff. Nice and quiet, with a great restaurant next door and not far from the main downtown area (but far enough that it was quiet at the hotel).

Hotel is nice but parking is a bit tight if you have a trailer. You are required to park alongside the road in front of the hotel (not in the parking lot).

I have stayed in Fort Collins many times at bargain hotels, boutique hotels and Airbnbs, and this was one of the best properties in the bunch based on price, location and amenities. The staff was on point, the breakfast was reliably good and all the things I wanted to go do in Old Town Fort Collins and points beyond were mere minutes away. I can totally see myself staying here again.
