Love the room with a view! The staff was super nice and accommodating, room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location is perfect close to all main attractions such as the botanical gardens and the beautiful hikes. Markets are also close by. Great stay!

Beautiful View

Our room was an upstairs King room. It had a beautiful view of the Noyo River. The room was very comfortable and did I mention the view. We enjoyed coffee on our balcony watching the river otters, seals and fishings boats. We also had an amazing kayaking trip on a kayak we rented from Noyo Kayak which was right down the hill. Great location and beautiful view.

Wonderful staff and views!

What makes any place feel special is the people—and all our exchanges with the staff here were wonderful and respectful throughout our stay. I tend to run cold and always need extra blankets, and they provided as many as I needed without making me feel uncomfortable about it. Just that alone, gets a 5 star from me. Beds were comfortable. We had a ground-floor room, but the floor level didn’t really matter since the hotel sits atop a hill—so the views are beautiful regardless. I loved ours; we could see the harbor and the surrounding hills. Unfortunately, the weather stayed foggy and cold throughout our stay, so we spent a lot of time indoors with the heaters on. I did walk down to the waterfront restaurants—it’s within walking distance of a variety of food options and a Safeway.

I have stayed here many times before, it is a great motel. However my 236 room was right under highway and the noise was horrendous! And the gas station was also right there where at 5:00 am they started hammering what sounded like metal!! The room shouldn’t be use for guests but for storage!! The sink didn’t drain, the coffee was bitter and the fridge was off when we arrived leaving us with much-needed refrigerator food to not be refrigerated until fridge got cold. There was debris all around our complex which we picked up. I know it is difficult these days to run a hotel but the above is what I experienced this time. Alana at the front desk was exceptional and the woman cleaning our room was soo nice!👍 Thank you!!See you next time!
