Sheraton Baltimore North Hotel
"This Sheraton has undergone a full renovation. Guest rooms, lobby and restaurant are now much better. The club is still being renovated and hopefully once opened will be as good as the other areas. My only complaint is with the check in staff. I asked for a quiet room and Ebony put me in a room with consistent humming by the janitor’s closet. When I asked for a change she was resistant and kept interrupting me as I spoke. Thankfully the manager (ReShawn I believe) was able to assist and walked me up to the new room to make sure it was quiet. All in all a good stay, though some more front desk training in hospitality might be helpful for Ebony."
