Spring Break 2025

We have stayed at Folly beach once a year for at least 10 years! The teens said this house was the best one ever!! Location was perfect, layout was great and with plenty of room for everyone to hang out together or enjoy their own personal space. The kitchen was well stocked. The view was amazing and the deck was perfect for morning coffee and lunch. We would absolutely LOVE to stay here again!

Fun at Folly Beach

Enjoyed the house and was just right size for our group of 10 adults and 1 child. Very peaceful but still convenient to activities.

Sea-clusion property

The house satisfied our family for our beach experience with direct access to the beach. It had ample space and a large, open kitchen that was nicely stocked. Access to the house was easy. The grill area was underneath the property near the parking area but did not have adequate lighting which was only an issue at night. Our only negative remark pertains to pricing. It was listed as less than $600.00 “avg”. It ended up costing us over $1,000 per day after all fees were added in. Overall it was a positive vacation experience that we would repeat but ended up costing much more than advertised.

Family vacation

Home plenty large enough. Could use some updating. Dishwasher wasn’t working and with 10 people was a big hassle. Sewage overflow in the driveway was not pleasant either. The back deck with view was awesome.

Thanksgiving at the beach!

This was our second time renting the house this year and it was wonderful. The rooms and sleeping space is perfect for our family and it’s great to have so many bathrooms. We had Thanksgiving dinner at the big table inside and the teenagers had a table outside - it was perfect! Beautiful weather and special memories.

Great family house!

We had a great experience at The Surely House. Loved having a bathroom with each bedroom and the extra beds in each room were awesome. The view from the main room is fabulous and beach access is perfect. The only negatives we had were the size of the showers upstairs and the furnishings were a bit worn, but they were completely workable. We had a great time and appreciate the support and interactions with property management. Thank you!

Nice getaway

I rented this property for a weekend in March to celebrate my 50th bday but the beaches shut down so we had to postpone. The owner was great about keeping in touch and working with us to reschedule, in the end offering us much better than the original plan! Great to work with!

Love the location of the property ! The house is very charming . Needs a little bit of updates but excellent property overall. We loved the easy access to the beach specially having young kids. We already thinking in coming back 😀

Large but not very clean

The house was in a great location and had plenty of beds for our large group. The floors and furnishings are old and dirty. Kitchen had adequate supplies except for spoons for some reason. Ice maker was great. The dryer’s lint trap is broken and ripped several of our clothes because they got caught and all tangled up.

Beach House with Everything even a RAINBOWS

We could not have been more pleased! Plenty of “hot Water” plenty of towels, air conditioning worked perfect!! The rooms very very spacious. The one & only problem was our refrigerator died the day we arrived.. our amazing PM Steven came out that night checked it...the next morning he brought a brand new one!! Our stay was amazing!! Thank you.. Foley Beach was Beautiful!!

Great to work with!

Great location, plenty of room for guests! The kitchen is completely stocked with more pots and pans and accessories than you could ever need. Absolutely loved having the icemaker, that was awesome! Probably could use an upgrade on the fridge soon! Stephen was great to work with, given the rescheduling and uncertainty of Covid. Very generous!

Awesome getaway, especially for large groups!

This house had way more beds than we needed (2-3 per room upstairs, one each downstairs) but it didn’t take away from the floor space or house size. Very clean house, had everything we needed. I appreciate a well stocked kitchen and this didn’t disappoint! Great owner communication, we loved this house and the location! Will definitely be back again!!!

“Surely” is surely a great!

Folly House Stay

Great property with a wonderful location. The manager was wonderful to deal with and our stay was reasonably priced as well. There were a few items that could have been cleaned a bit better but nothing to complain about too much. I HIGHLY recommend this property.

Loved our Folly Beach stay

This house was perfect for the seven of us. The private walkway all the way out to the beach was super nice. Big bedrooms and our three girls loved being together in one bedroom with the ocean views the length of their room. Great deck for our seven to hang out and eat lunch under a covered balcony.

Good time had by all

Bedrooms are laid out nicely. Porch has a great view of the ocean. Close enough to center of Folly to walk (10 minutes), but far enough away to avoid the crowds.
