It wasn’t that bad it was clean, clean sheets, clean shower curtain, bathroom needs up dating, it had stains and poorly covered damaged walls, ac worked well, beds were comfortable, small tv . I would rate it a 7 out of 10

The good and the bad: The hotel has a great location, decent price. The bad: The AC unit was terribly loud all night long. The staff was not very friendly and the breakfast was a pass for us.

The property need to be condemned and I’ve made an official complaint to choice hotels corporate office and reported them to the health department. And based on reviews, Expedia also should have been aware of these substandard conditions prior to allowing its members to book at this location
