This hotel is located in a ZTL zone so only specific cars or taxis are allowed to take you to the front. We had a car rental car during our stay to get to the outlets, and the property owner was kind enough to take a photo of the license plate each day to ensure we would not be ticketed for driving through the ZTL. The room was cozy and check-in was smooth. The water in the shower was slow to drain but that was our only issue. The front desk receptionist was kind enough to share some restaurant recommendations for us to try. The hotel is walking distance to major attractions and we would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, located perfectly if you want to explore history Florence by foot but don’t want to be immediately in the heart of it. We walked easily to most locations in 25-30 min. The rooms were clean and nice quality. We would stay here again. A few pointers to make this a better 4-Star hotel: Temperature in the room was high and made it hard to sleep. AC seemed to not work well. Couldn’t open windows because it let in mosquitoes. Staff being dressed as casual guests made it somewhat difficult to determine who was working. Cafe experience was mixed. Seemed like they were new or overwhelmed. Friendly people but food took a long time and not just once.

Our stay was average. The staff was very pleasant. The room was clean and a decent size. However, our room had minimal natural light based on location within the hotel and the shower had a rusted shower head.

Got there mid night and we were told we had to carry our own suitcase ourselves that they don’t offer that service ! No house slippers , no house coat ! Just two bottles of water for minibar ! Stayed at iQ in August ! Amazing amazing hotel

Great hotel! Loved loved loved it! Excellent staff. Clean room. Great breakfast, bar and restaurant. Close to everything and easy to walk to historic sites. Great wine! Kuddos to Daniel who always called our taxii. He was so helpful very customer focused. I will be back! Great place oh and great terrace that is beautiful and has a bar and appetizers. Highly recommend great hotel!

The rooms I booked were the most uncomfortable rooms with a ned on a second floor and the bathroom on the first floor. The stairs to get down are quite dangerous. I talked to the front desk and told them to make our room. I got to the room at night and the room was not made. I called front desk and said that they had a problem with the system.

Really lovely hotel, nice staff and great service. Room was really nice, very comfy bed. Breakfast ok- limited choices in the buffet and no menu for hot breakfast. The outside courtyard was so lovely, perfect for an evening cocktail. Location good, you can walk into the centre of Florence within 15 mins.
