A modern apartment in a strategic location just steps from Ponte Vecchio, offering easy access to all local attractions. The apartment is located on the third floor of a typical Florentine building, without an elevator. The property consists of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.).
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone.
Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied.
Service limitation:
Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C.
The temperature values allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required.
As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details. The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address.
To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one person at a time. The apartment is equipped with a water heater, so simultaneous use of hot water may temporarily reduce the water temperature.

Rustig appartement op toplocatie in Florence tussen restaurants en winkels in rustige straat. Mooie kamers, prima badkamers alleen flinke klim op 3 hoog, zeker met koffers! Persoonlijke check in met uitleg was ook prima en keurig op tijd. Handig om zelf Imove te whats appen en zo incheck tijd af te stemmen, ze reageren snel.
