San Benedetto Apartment
Bright and welcoming apartment in a central location.Strategically located just behind Piazza Duomo, it is within walking distance of the main tourist attractions. The apartment is in a lively and dynamic neighborhood, full of services, restaurants, and traditional shops. Situated on the third floor of a typical Florentine building without an elevator, it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, a bright living area, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.).
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone.
Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied.
Service limitation:
Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C.
The temperature values allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required.
As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details. The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address. . City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

Place was extremely clean! Noise in front bedroom from street but it’s because it’s in a prime location. A little sound machine or some wine does the trick. I would book here again! Communication is easy n fast. They even helped so quickly when I needed something back at the apartment after check out!! Great location, safe, clean and comfortable!!

Lovely stay at the apartment. Very spacious and sunny. Pros:- Spacious- Great Location. Nearly lots of great restaurants and things to see. We love the specialty grocery store around the corner. - comfortable couch - extra blankets if needed- comfy pillows- very responsive host. Was able to fix the cable for WiFi in a day. Cons:- lots of stairs. Beware if you can’t climb multiple steps - they only provided limited supply of toilet paper and shampoos/soap. They expect you to buy the rest yourself. We had two small rolls of toilet paper for a week stay. - would be nice if dish soap was provided Overall: would stay again.
