The hotel was lovely and we enjoyed the amazing views from the rooftop pool and garden terrace. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, our room was not a good standard as we were at the bottom next to the street. Apart from the noise, the main problem for me was the street light flooded into our room as the curtains were not big enough to cover the window and there wasn’t a shutter - I didn’t sleep well at all.

Great location for easy access into the city without being dead-centre. Lovely staff who offered to send a piece of clothing I'd left behind and offered suggestions on our trip. Good pool on top as well which is heated and offered great views

Second stay at this beautiful property! Lovely rooftop breakfast each day and on a quiet street. Convenient to the train station - about a 10-15 minute walk and 20-30 minute taxi to airport. Historical area is walkable or a short taxi away.

This was our family's 4th stay at this property. Great view from the rooftop deck, excellent rooms, staff is extremely attentive. Excellent location just off the Arno River near the US Consulate which is one block away. Located in a quiet section of the city, but within an easy walk to all, Uffizi, Boboli, Pitti Palace, Il Duomo, leather market, Central Market and Santa Maria Train Station. Look forward to our next return to Florence and the Kraft.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. The west was great and we enjoyed our stay fully. The swimming pool is heated and water was really warm inside. Comfortable room with a beautiful balcony, comfy mattress and a great breakfast.

Very pleasant hotel. Slightly outside the city centre, but it’s only a few minutes’ walk from the station, the river and Santa Maria Novella. The surrounding streets are mostly quiet residential with hardly any traffic. Breakfast is served on the 5th floor which has amazing views over the city.
