The location is simply unbeatable - easy walk to everywhere and so many restaurants right near by! We really enjoyed our Qualdruple room, which is perfect for our family.

Great location and not a terribly far walk from the train station. Hotel was simple but clean and met our needs. Breakfast was plentiful and offered a good start to the day. Nice location and walkable to most attractions. Great dining recommendations from Alessando!

A cute little hotel with a really awesome staff. It was close to everything that we wanted to do (we were walking, only) and Alessandro was amazing in that he gave us a complete itinerary for one of the days we were there with no particular plan and it was wonderful. Hidden gem of a place.

Staff were very friendly and hotel only 10 mins from Train Station. Lots of Restaurants, sights etc all within walking distance. Hotel does not have lifts so if you have heavy luggage you will have to carry to your rooms

The hotel's location was convenient. We had an interior room which was quieter. The second night of our stay, we did not have hot water and the water pressure was low. I told the front desk about it. They fixed the issue and the following day, the water pressure was back to normal and the hot water returned. Also, on the second night, we had a lot of mosquitos in our room. The front door to the hotel is kept open at all times so it's not surprising that mosquitos get into the hotel. However, I did not expect to have mosquitos in the room. After killing four big mosquitos in the room, I went to the front desk to tell them about it. The gentleman at the front desk said he would tell the owner. Meanwhile that night, I slept with a blanket covering me from head to toe to not get bit by mosquitos. The next morning, when I walked past the front desk, the gentleman was still there and the owner also was there. He mentioned to the owner the issue with the mosquitos in the room. The owner said that she places items that plug into the outlets to keep mosquitos away and that they would place it in my room but they never did. And the next night, there were still a bunch of mosquitos in the room. In the past, I was bitten by a mosquito while on vacation that transmitted Dengue which I told them about but they did not understand the seriousness of the mosquito-borne illness since they did nothing to mitigate the mosquitos in the room. I will not stay again.

Alex was on reception when we arrived and was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the included breakfast was fine. We booked the hotel on the run as we arrived in florence early due to the impending transport strike. Perfect for our needs.
