Despite what their site says, they DO NOT HAVE ONSITE EV VHARGING. Otherwise, excellent place. Staff very friendly. Breakfast good. Ideal room set up for our pets.

It was a newly built building, so it was really clean and the staff were friendly. The room was very spacious and clean, and it was convenient because it had everything. The breakfast was also satisfactory, and I definitely plan to stay there again the next time I travel to New York.

The hotel was clean, the staff was really helpful. My room has definitely been through some stuff, and we didn't have sheets for the sofa bed. However, the front desk ran some up when we called and brought some extra waters too. Overall, I would stay here again.

Fire the property manager & the head of housekeeping. The first room had an unflushed toilet, dirty towels, no fresh towels & garbage in the garbage can. The grounds had litter all over & every garbage can was over flowing. As an added bonus an "Urban youth" was outside the door to the area that you walked your dog smoking pot This was a motel disguised as a hotel.

Not clean.

It started out okay. The receptionist was very kind. But it turned into a horrible stay. It looked like the room was clean but on closer inspection the sheets were wrinkled. Like someone slept in them. The folded towels had hair stuck to them. There was hair in the shower. The shower was moldy and the light switches were so dusty. We took our wet wipes and wiped down all surfaces. We arrived very late and tired. And I knew it was going to take so long to get another room. The kitchen had someone’s left over pizza box in the fridge. Not the experience I was looking forward to. I was really disappointed. Will never be booking here again.

Hotel was overbooked and it was a inconvenience. Got no messages no call nothing to let me know i had no room ( got their before 10) than sent me to another hotel which was not what I paid for.. Very disappointed. These hotels are overbooked and we suffer. Only great thing i experience was the Lady at the desk on third shift..
