The property manager is very responsive and helpful, the beds are comfortable (even the pullout), and the apartment is clean and well equipped. The only slight annoyance is that the heat keeps resetting to 68F every hour or two. I stayed in November/December, and it was a little chilly for me. But I could keep bumping the thermostat up whenever I wanted, so it wasn't a big issue. Overall, it's a great apartment and location - just a few minutes' walk to the Duomo and some excellent restaurants. It feels like a safe place, and excellent value for the price.
