Super emplacement pour un appartement trĂšs en dessous du prix que lâon paye !
Appartement trÚs bien situé en front de mer et prÚs des restaurants/commerces et marchés.
En revanche une fournaise ! Il nâa jamais fait moins de 29 degrĂ©s dans lâappartement ! A notre arrivĂ©e les rideaux Ă©taient grands ouverts et il faisait 32 degrĂ©s !
De plus, le frigo ressemble plus Ă un radiateur malodorant quâĂ un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur (il se situe dans une colonne qui surchauffe et donc chauffe le salon qui dĂ©jĂ est trĂšs chaud de part la baie vitrĂ©e qui donne en plein sud !) quant aux aliments ils Ă©taient Ă peine frais ⊠bref on repassera pour avoir de lâeau fraĂźche !
Nous savions quâil nây avait pas de climatisation mais PAS DE VENTILATEURS !!! Ce qui est juste aberrant pour un logement situĂ© dans le sud !
Nous avons dĂ» en acheter sur place !
Ăa a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs compliquĂ© de dormir les nuits car impossible dâouvrir les fenĂȘtres avec le bruit avant 1h30 du matin vue quâon est tout prĂšs de la fĂȘte foraine.
Pas dâeau chaude quand nous sommes arrivĂ©s !! Ătant donnĂ© que câĂ©tait dimanche lâagence Ă©tait fermĂ©e, nous avons donc appelĂ© le numĂ©ro dâurgence et 2h aprĂšs quelquâun nous a rappelĂ© pour nous demander de vĂ©rifier si ce nâĂ©tait pas un plomb qui avait sautĂ© (ce qui Ă©tait bien le cas âŠ) Chasse dâeau qui continue de couler tant quâon ne lâa pas secouĂ© ⊠volĂ© roulant dâune des chambres qui se bloque en donnant lâimpression quâil va rester coincĂ©.
Meubles vieillissants et abimés ⊠bref je ne recommande pas du tout surtout pour un séjour avec un bébé ! A refaire je ne louerai pas

fijne verzorgde woning. goede bedden en rustig om te slapen.toffe buurt.
Eenvoudige maar nette woning vlak bij strand en winkels. In de buurt van kermis waar je geen nadeel van ondervindt. Vlotte bediening vanwege het verhuurkantoor.
