Very happy

The villa and location are perfect, car advisable. View is fantastic. Very comfortable with many facilities. We have absolutely no negative comments. Even when we had an issue with the car which made leaving at the end of our stay difficult, owner was extremely accommodating. Thankyou.

Toller Urlaub in schöner Villa

Wir haben uns in der gerĂ€umigen und gut ausgestatteten Villa rundum wohl gefĂŒhlt und wĂŒrden definitiv wieder kommen. Der Pool und die Aussicht aus den Panoramafenstern sind bemerkenswert.

Lieu magnifique avec trÚs belle vue sur les étangs...mais prestations déplorables et aucun entretien !Pas d'accueil, pas d'information sur le fonctionnement de la maison, pas de climatisation dans les chambres (en service seulement en Juillet/Août d'aprÚs les propriétaires), piscine inutilisable (systÚme de filtration en alerte et traitement PH vide!), aucun appareil petit électroménager (mixeur...), four en panne (petit four d'appoint en dépannage), cafetiÚre complÚtement entartrée (37 mn pour faire un café...), grille pain avec thermostat cassé (pain toujours brulé), pas de clé sur les chambres, nombreuses ampoules cassées dans les chambres et SdB, etc.En l'état ce bien est tout sauf "une villa de luxe" comme cela est indiqué dans l'annonce, sans parler des autres prestations telle que la climatisation ou la piscine qui ne sont pas utilisables.A éviter...

On a passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour dans la villa. La vue est trĂšs belle, c’est un coin calme. C’est spacieux et bien Ă©quipĂ©. Seul petit bĂ©mol l’entretien de la piscine, nous avons eu accĂšs Ă  une epuisette uniquement le dernier jour de notre sĂ©jour.

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour, l’extĂ©rieur avec la piscine et la piste de pĂ©tanque sont top. La maison est un peu dĂ©sĂ©quilibrĂ©e. La chambre en bas avec la salle de bain est magnifique, Ă  l’étage 2 chambres sont bien mais 2 sont en dessous et les salles de bain ne sont pas Ă  la hauteur d’une maison affichĂ©e luxe. Le mobilier, les chaises en particulier ne sont pas Ă  la hauteur de ce standing et la propretĂ© n’était pas irrĂ©prochable. Le four encastrĂ© ne fonctionne pas mais un four d’appoint est posĂ© sur le plan de travail avec un grill pain qui ne fonctionne pas non plus. La barbecue tombe en ruine, il tient par des serres cĂąbles et la rouille le perce gravement Ă  plusieurs endroits, il est limite dangereux. La maison est agrĂ©able, vraiment, mais manque un peu d’entretien.

Superbe villa avec une vue imprenable

Villa bien placée à Fitou avec une vue dégagée sur l'étang de Leucate et la mer derriÚre. Leucate se trouve à environ 10/15min en voiture. La piscine et le terrain de pétanque nous ont fait passer de bon moments en famille.

Maison trés agréable à vivre en famille.Deco bien gérée mais sonorisation laisse à désirer avec des portes trop légéres qui ne ferment pas bien et que le vent se régale à ouvrir.Les couverts ne corespondent pas au niveau de la prestation. En conclusion : - séjour agréable dans endroit idilique .

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour, c’est une trĂšs belle maison et confortable. Le propriĂ©taire est trĂšs rĂ©actif aux messages. La rĂ©gion et les gens sont trĂšs accueillants seul bĂ©mol le vent est quasi omniprĂ©sent. Mais nous reviendrons tout de mĂȘme bien volontiers.

Pour rester tranquille, Ă  piscine, avec un vue magnifique et a 5 minutes Ă  pied du centre de la ville de Fitou, avec des grandes caves, et 10 minutes de la plage, huĂźtres, restaurants...
