I’ve stayed in hotels twice this price that didn’t feel half as nice. Room was clean, bed was great, and the microwave and fridge came in super handy during our road trip. It felt safe too—security did walk-arounds and the lot was well-lit. The riverwalk next door was a great treat.

This hotel is a refreshing new hotel to have in Farmington. The old hotel at this location was frankly not a good place to stay with your family. The staff were extremely courteous and showed great customer service, which is something that I truly appreciated. Overall, I think this hotel is a really good bang for your buck and it’s worth giving it a try

Stayed here for Riverfest weekend and had a great stay. The location is super convenient as all the festivities are right next door at the park. The parking lot was very well lit and they had security walking around which made us feel really safe. The staff is super friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The price was great and I will be staying here again next year.

The 2 beds room is super crowded and the floor needs to be cleaned a lot better. We wore socks the whole 2 days and the bottom of our socks were black. Other than that, was a good experience

Okay for a budget hotel but it was pretty noisy. The room smelled of air freshener so we had to air it out. The bed was clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptional. They were friendly and very helpful. The shower wasn’t the greatest. The water pressure was low and it was difficult to get a temperature that wasn’t either cold or really hot.
