It wasn’t what I expected. The pool and hot tub was out of service, the hot breakfast was a let down. It was a help yourself breakfast with stale cereal, muffin, mostly microwaveable food. No real meat breakfast like eggs or sausages - just hard boil eggs you get from the fridge and microwave it. It did had a waffle maker, which was the only thing I ate, with muffin and juice, which was about it. Then my room had a rocking toilet, it kept moving when I was sitting down on it. The shower was ok, sleep was ok. I wanted to boil some water, they didn’t have a tea kettle - so I had to boil water in a small coffe maker, which made my noodles taste kind of weird. Do I reccomend - no. If I could ask for a refund I would.

My family stayed here over the weekend, the property in dire need of repairs and maintenence. The hot tub was broken. and had been for two months. The pool was condemned by Fargo cass public health. Unknowlegable staff still allowed people in.

Low price low quality

We wanted a hotel with a pool. Failed to say it's been closed by the health department. Our room was in awful condition. The floor is not level has high and low spots and feels soft. The room latch was broken. Sink drain and toilet seat broken. Hotel smelled like weed. Very run down looking hotel.

Only giving one star due to the owner . I frequently come to this hotel all the staff are super nice rooms are decent and quiet for reasonable prices. But for the first time and at random today the owner called me soon as I came into my room which means he was watching for me on the camera which is weird in itself. To ask me about my pet . (Which all the staff knew about) since I stay here VERY often for 1-5 days at a time (she is a service animal) he continued to grill me about her. And asking personal questions that violates hippa laws about my health condition. He also tried charging my card without my permission which was locked . I will NOT be coming back unfortunate for me. I love coming here and I love the staff . But for the way that man handled the situation with rude and unprofessional behavior you lost a great customer. Maybe that’s why nobody wants to come here . Maybe should work on your professionalism. I’ll take my business back to Fargo inn where me AND my pet are known by first name basis and treated like family.

Cleanliness need improved, but ok stay

Checkin was ok. The girl working clearly was more into her phone than helping me. She told me to pull around the building for room access and our room ended up being right next to the lobby. We get to our room, and there were ring marks on the tables that hadnt been wiped up, and room hadnt been swept as there were purchased clothes tags on the floor. There was also hair and gunk in the tub from previous users. The bed was comfortable and clean, so no complaints there. The hot tub in the pool was out of order, which sucks as that was one main reason we booked and of course it was shut down the day before we arrived. Overall, it was good quiet stay, but cleanliness and service could have been way better.

Esha at the front desk wa very pleasant and welcoming. I stayed 5 days with my family. The staff were very kind and the building was clean and comfortable. The breakfast could be improved, very limited options and very carb heavy. Some warm options would have been nice. The coffee was not good.

Room had no heat got in late and husband was tired. Had the heater at 90 and it didnt even get to 59 degreez
