Located on a dead end street with no houses in front of you and a beautiful peaceful lake at your backdoor, your home away from home has it all!

Enjoy an early morning cup of coffee while the moon slips beneath the horizon as night becomes day while watching a flock of ducks swim lazily on the shimmering waters of the lake.

We had a lovely time. The lake views from everywhere in the house were wonderful. The porch was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The house was immaculate, fully stocked, sparsely decorated yet every piece added to the warmth and charm. The owners were responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again,

Nice pleasant atmosphere. Could use more countertop space in bathrooms. Convenient to Mt Dora, Eustis and Tavares. Enjoyed sitting on the deck, but would be nice if it was screened in. Stuff for kids available if needed.

5 Stars – Perfect Stay for a Special Occasion!We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The house was spotless, quiet, and exactly what we were hoping for during our trip. My family and I were in town for my brother’s graduation, and this place was the perfect retreat to relax and celebrate together. Everything was well maintained and comfortable, and the peaceful setting made it feel like a true getaway.The backyard was a highlight as it was large, scenic, and right by a pond. We even spotted a few wood ducks, which was a fun surprise! The host was kind and quick to respond, which made the whole experience even smoother. Highly recommend!

5 stars for house and location even wheelchair friendly

The house is exactly as pictured with wide open living room and kitchen, the wide doors came in handy for our manual wheelchair. House is stocked with the basics you need. The beds were great, towels were clean and soft; there was even shampoo. The view of the pond was peaceful for morning coffee.There is a great walking park right across the main road out front with a gate for access if you like morning walks and nature. It is 7-10 mins drive for almost anything you need locally. We will definitely stay if we come back to the area.
