Pros: Spaceous corner room with a decent view of the lake. Front desk was also very friendly. Comfortable bed. Cons: Entire second floor reaked of bleach. Mini ironing board was broken in several ways. No coffee or water in the room was a bit uncommon. Housekeeping started early (before 8am) and was extremely loud. OK for a short stay.

This is a beautiful property, right on Lake Dora. The staff was extremely courteous and accommodating. A gem of a property in a nice walkable town. My room had a beautiful view of the lake. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I did not go to the bar. My room was nice, but there wasn’t a bar soap and the floor was kind of gritty from sand. I did not go to the beach or the pool as the weather was not good while I was there. The view is tremendous. The set up with the room is nice and I would go back.

I was so pleased when I walked in and saw two full bathrooms, a half bath, full living room, full dining room, and a nice kitchen. It made our stay so much easier having all that room in a hotel. We will definitely be back.

Room was in good condition but the toilet didn’t work so well. It was New Years Eve and no one on call for service. We stayed in building two which has a back door entrance. Not very good lighting in the back for late evening return.

The Hotel is situated in proximity to the beauty of the Lake, restaurants, a marina and seaplanes. There is ample free parking and check-in was a breeze. The staff at the front desk were amazing and Toni and Sharon went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed the hotel's hospitality as well as what was nearby for us to enjoy. It is hard to emphasize how exceptional staff were. The room was spacious, clean and quiet with a nice balcony to help you enjoy the lake view. There is also a rooftop bar but it is only open for the latter part of the week and weekend. Great place to stay and we will definitely be back.

The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was a mix up with Expedia and the hotel. (Expedia has suite pictures posted at basic room prices). But the staff was nice enough to give us the suite at the listed price. Room was very clean, close to everything downtown, great restaurants, nice parks, and great view of the lake. Will definitely stay here again.

The room was clean but sparse. Too close to the elevator but a good value for the discounted rate. Definitely not worth the rack rate. We’d stay there again for the discounted rate. The rooftop bar was awesome.
