Tranquil Mountain Retreat is the perfect getaway for one or two couples who want to relax in a mountain wooded setting. The first thing you notice when you enter this great retreat is the view from the two levels of large windows giving you the feeling of being in the great outdoors and allowing lots of natural light into the home. Tranquil Mountain Retreat in Eureka Springs, Arkansas provides an expansive view of the quaint town of Beaver Arkansas, A private castle, the Beaver Suspension Bridge (the Golden Gate of the Ozarks), and the White River. Close to outdoor recreation and all that Eureka Springs has to offer.



The Space:

Outdoor Hot tub is in the screened in gazebo on the deck overlooking the valleys of the Ozark Mountains



Enter this home via the upper level where there is a master suite and private bath with a jetted tub for two. There is a sitting area open to the great room on the lower level, and a patio door that gives you a bird's eye view from the treetops of the Ozark's "Golden Gate" bridge crossing Table Rock Lake. Also on this level is a half bath with a washer and dryer for your convenience. The fireplace in non-functioning.

Working remotely?



Go down the stairway to the main/lower level of the home into the great room two stories high. The kitchen is open to the living and dining, with a breakfast bar and seating for four. In the great room, you are surrounded by windows and patio sliders with access to the deck. The dining area gives you the feeling of eating in the great outdoors.



Attached to the deck is a gazebo which is screened with a bug-free outdoor living room and a Hot Tub



Guest Access:

Private Entrance, Private Hot Tub, Private Patios, you will have the entire home to yourself.



The Neighborhood:

Perched on the mountainside, this home has everything you need and is surrounded by trees, providing privacy and comfort. Holiday Island is like staying at a resort property, providing guests with access to the Marina, restaurants, fishing piers, and 2 golf courses. Paradise Zoo, Dogwood Canyon Nature Park, boat rentals, and trails for walking, mountain biking, and hiking are all very close.



Located 7 miles north of Eureka Springs. You will enjoy the scenic vistas, refreshing mountain air, and Ozark hospitality.



Holiday Island has a Marina with slips and boat rentals available. There are restaurants, and Golf courses.



Getting Around:

Taxi service to Eureka Springs is typically available with advance notice.



Grocery, Restaurants, and Convenience Stores are located in the Holiday Island shopping complex, approximately 2 miles from the house.



Crystal Bridges Museum and Branson Attractions are within a 1-hour drive. Eureka Springs is less than 15 minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property. It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster. Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas. Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement. Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video). Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation or bringing an unauthorized pet will be cause for cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund as outlined in the Rental Agreement.



Travel Tip - Midweek rates are lower than weekend rates - try adjusting your travel dates to view the best rates.



Interaction with Guests:

The house is set up for a self-check in. You will receive the codes prior to your arrival. There are exterior cameras on the home.
