Ocean Breeze & Redwood Trees

Welcome to your home-away-from-home! This spacious 2,000 sqft single-level retreat offers plenty of room for everyone to unwind. You’ll find four comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a large fenced yard perfect for relaxing or playing.

Two bedrooms feature cozy queen beds and plenty of storage, while the third is a fun bunk room with two queen beds and its own private bathroom. The living room sofa converts into a bed for two, and an additional air mattress is available if you need a little extra sleeping space in the office.

After a day of exploring, freshen up in the tub/shower combo or head outside to enjoy the private backyard oasis. Roast marshmallows around the fire pit, fire up the BBQ, or unwind in the 6-person hot tub with soft LED lights and a calming waterfall.

You’ll be close to everything—surfing, horseback riding, kayaking, rafting, beachcombing, biking, the local water slides, fishing, whale watching, hiking, the aquarium, the casino, antique shops, and plenty of incredible sights.

Beyond anything and everything you would need for a vacation stay!!

Owner Mike was very responsive and right on point. Property was beautiful, huge and was perfect for my family members. Owners definitely go out of their way to make it very accommodating and well stocked. Including outside hot tub, fire pit, both inside and outside games, crab traps, bbq, etc. Very roomy for family gatherings and fun.Plenty of room for xtra bedding for kiddos. My kids, spouses and grandkids enjoyed their stay. Very safe place, close to everything including the beach. Thanks again Mike and Stacey.

Welcoming home, great for families.

This was our fourth visit at this home. We love it here. The kitchen is large and easy to cook in. This came in handy as we fixed an early Thanksgiving feast for family in town. The beds are comfy and the living room is large. There are games and puzzles and lots of toys for the kiddos. My son’s favorite part is the hot tub in the large, fenced back yard. There is a bbq and also a fire pit. We look forward to coming back again soon!

Lovely homey stay

Appreciated the real house plants! And the snacks on arrival were a plus! Loved being able to walk to the beach and enjoyed the hot tub. Definitely a great location to enjoy Smith River and the Redwoods. Lovely little weekend get away.

We had a great stay at this location. The home is a bit dated, but it had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the hot tub, the back yard, the large dining room and kitchen tables, board game selection, nice supply of towels and the laundry room.

Nice Coastal Escape

Our party enjoyed our stay here. Hot tub was great and there were plenty of toys and games and beach equipment to entertain the kids. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and utensils. The house was clean and the walk to the beach was not far at all. The host was very accommodating and had thoughtful touches, even leaving a bowl of snacks for the kids out. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

Fantastic Stay. Family were able to enjoy time with each other around the fire, in the hot tub and at the beach. We did have a little hic up trying to get checked in, but we figured it out. Very Nice Home

For an older home, it was remodeled nicely. Very cozy feel with few issues encountered. Front door knob could use some repair, the TV’s don’t all work with their remotes, and the main living room TV had issues connecting with the internet. That said, we would definitely stay again!!! Mike was GREAT with communication and assistance, even when it was later in the evening. Additionally, he was accommodating to changes in our situation and even added more snacks! He made sure to get the heater going in the hot tub! Simply put, this is a definite 9 of 10 for me and I am picky! Thanks again Mike and we will likely be back in the future. Blessings!

Stayed for only 1 night, and didn't use the kitchen, so cannot comment on the entirety of the place. The toy collection was a hit with the kids. The place did smell of dogs though, for those that don't enjoy the smell.

Redwoods and the coast

We took mom, kids and grandkids ages 6yrs to 91 yrs to see the redwoods and NorCal coast. The house and yard were exceptional. Everything you could need. Wish we could stay longer.

Our favorite home away from home.

We love this property. This is our third stay here. Mike is great and available if we need him. The fenced yard is perfect for our dog. We enjoyed hanging out around the fire pit and love the hot tub! We have family nearby and we gather here to cook or bbq and visit. Beds are comfortable and living room is spacious with plenty of cozy seating. We’ll be back for sure!!!

Redwoods Vacation

We really enjoyed our time here. It had plenty of room for our large family. Lots of areas to play games & do puzzles, the back yard area was a huge hit with the hot tub, fire pit and horseshoe pit. The kitchen (and whole) house was very well stocked. The only issue we had was the main bath’s shower faucet was a little tricky and seemed to just need replaced. It was very centrally located to all the activities we had planned.

Fantastic Redwood Vacation Destination

Our group of nine stayed here for my mother in laws 70th birthday trip. The home slept us all well and we had plenty of room to enjoy each others company while playing games at the big table or eating meals together. The kids enjoyed the play room and everyone enjoyed the game selection. The hot tub was a big plus! The yard is spacious with a fire pit and horseshoes. The owners have thought of everything you’d need in your home away from home and we were happy to also find a cooler for our day trips and even sand toys the kids took to the beach and played with. The owners are also very easy to get in touch with if needed and very nice. We enjoyed the beaches nearby and hikes in the Redwoods.
