We just needed a room to sleep in while visiting family close by. Room was clean, good sized and had a good little refrigerator and microwave and TV. Front desk was closed when we got there which I knew. They texted me the lockbox code they placed on the door with our room key in it before we arrived. Everything was perfect for our needs.

Reasonable option for staying in the Eugene OR area when the Ducks are playing and the hotels in Eugene and Springfield have raised their prices to $250-$300 a night. The area was quiet and the scenery great, right on the Willamette River. Easy access to and from Eugene/Springfield. The only drawback was that the toilet in the room needed a new valve and it ran continuously, causing various loud water and pipe sounds.

Hard to find at first, its behind a church, so look for the church sign. Great, quiet location along the river. Birds singing, flowers in bloom. Clean, comfortable rooms. Will 100% be back
