A great stay for family/extended family vacation. We came to the area to visit family and experience the tall ship festival. The highlight of the trip was the homes rustic beach access, amazing place to gather the family and watch the sunset.

This house is near everything mostly drive was 15 minutes to the beach, but the parks right there popcorn store, chocolate store, great restaurants, safe area! Beautiful beaches can’t wait to go again

Long weekend getaway

Everything was beautiful, we enjoyed our stay very much. Only downside is the uneven floors so just be mindful of that.

Cozy lake house

This was a great cozy house to take a vacation near Presquile Beach. Quiet neighborhood, close to everything. The kids loved the bunk beds and we all had a great time spending time on the front porch in the evenings. Highly recommend this place.

Great deal for the money

Great location (Erie Brewing Company is a short walk from the house). House has recently been redone, yet it still maintains it's cozy cottage feel. Management was easy to work with and quick to respond. Very good price. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet, Good Location

Quiet neighborhood. Decently located. About 15 min from Splash Lagoon for us. Close to Waldemeer and the beaches for future visits. House is small but more than enough room for my family of 4 including two children, ages 3 and 1. Will definitely consider staying again in the future.

Erie Bungalow

Highly recommend this adorable little bungalow. Excellent location to Presque Isle and Waldameer Water Park! We were able to ride our bikes to and from everything. Had a great stay over the fourth of July and even watched a beautiful sunset from the neighborhood beach access! Host provided everything you could possibly need for a homey and comfortable stay. We are already looking forward to staying here again for our next Erie visit.

Location

This property was a great location to everything! 15 mins to the zoo, 5 mins to water park, 5 mins to presque isle. Lots of restaurants close by and an arcade too. Lovely neighborhood friendly neighbors and safe. I recommend this house to any family or just couple for a great vacation. The private access to the beach was the bonus, we went everyday! We will be back.

Great place for a family stay

We have a large family (5 kids from 6-19) and this house was a perfect choice for our long weekend in Erie. The house was very clean upon arrival and we had plenty of room for our crew. The full kitchen worked out great for breakfasts and snacks. The neighborhood is very nice and provides easy access to the beach, Presque Isle, and everything else in Erie. There is also a really good restaurant within walking distance. No issues at all and we really enjoyed the stay. Highly recommended!

Excellent accommodations

We were so pleased with this booking. The host was very attentive and responsive to my questions, and the home was perfect for my family. The place is very nicely decorated and comfortable. Super clean and lots of attention to detail - the host has done a great job anticipating all the guests’ needs. We were just a few minutes from Presque Isle, which was our primary destination this trip, but we also discovered that we could walk to the lake on a private path associated with the neighborhood and enjoyed a beautiful sunset one evening. I would highly recommend this place!

Very cleanly!!! Property manager called to welcome to property prior to stay to ensure check in process was seamless. No issues while at property. Small snacks and condiments available to start our stay. Notebook with others accounts of their stays provided interesting reading. Enjoyable stay!!

Nice spot in erie pa

It was a really nice central location. With the issues with the Microsoft update, the nest did not have me registered and needed to be reset. Lindsay was super helpful and fixed it right away. House was clean and spacious.

Great place to stay with family in Erie

We have a large family, 5 children from 6-19, and needed a place for a long weekend in Erie. This was a perfect choice. Very clean and plenty of space for us all. We used the kitchen for breakfasts and had everything we needed to cook. A/C in each room worked well and the location is super convenient. Easy drives to the beach, Waldemeer, the mall, restaurants, etc. Also, we took a couple of short walks to the beach access for fun. Highly recommended!

Better than expected!

This property was just delightful. The house was exactly as pictured, very clean and incredibly well stocked with just about anything you could possibly need, from band aids to coffee to tons of extra bedding, pillows, towels, etc. Directions for the stay and for check out were simple and clear. Great location and the ability to walk to the end of the street and see the lake at sunset was just a really cool added bonus. Great experience, 10/10 recommend!

Vacation Home Review

Four of us, five for 2 days, totally enjoyed our week...so happy to have a very comfortable place to stay. There was plenty of bedroom and closet space for us, and we also enjoyed coffee on the porch every morning, and relaxing there every evening. The full kitchen was great because we cooked a late breakfast every day, so as to enjoy all local activities. One bathroom was totally feasible, and the washer and dryer in the large laundry area was convenient. We will definitely look forward to a return stay. This house made it possible for us to have a very relaxing vacation. Thank you!

We stayed for a week and the house was perfect! It was SO clean. Having a washer and dryer on site was awesome! The front porch was so relaxing. For anyone with kids, the bedrooms are in the back of the home and you cannot hear activities from the living/dining room when back there. Major plus for kiddos who go to bed early! Both Presque Isle and Walmart were super close. And there is a brewery/restaurant in walking distance. I would definitely recommend this home and would absolutely stay here again.

Beach House Feel

The property was in a fantastic location and very close 5-7 minutes from Presque Isle/Water Park and a lot of dinning options. 18-20 minutes from the chaos of Peach Street (everything you could ever need) in Erie. This house was surprisingly spacious overall but lacked ample living/entertaining space. Wife and I and two kids were more than comfortable. Could have slept 3-4 more people easily but wouldn’t have all been able to dine or relax in the living/dining space. Honestly though if you’re going for the beach/park/water park then you won’t be spending much time inside regardless. Bedrooms were setup well to maximize sleep space and there was an abnormally large laundry room. One Bathroom / Very small in ok shape, but clean. Only two complaints would be the master bed and the uneven flooring. The master bed was not a comfortable size for two average sized adults to sleep, unless you are all night snugglers. The floor was uneven/bouncy in some of the high traffic areas, was nervous the subfloor would break. The host was great and overall it was ideal for our trip!
