Maison bien équipée

Excellent property, great location

An adult couple and a family of four shared this gite for a week in August, enjoying the space conferred (especially the 4 toilets and 3 bathrooms). We used the additional kitchen as a larder and the extra fridge for cold drinks! There was space to park three cars (if we had needed it), and the garden contained a patio (with furniture) and two BBQs. We had a charcoal BBQ every night, accompanied by local cider and always followed by a Coupe de Bretagne/Normande! We went to Kerhillio beach every day bar one. It was great for bodyboarding in the waves and sandy beach games. We enjoyed shopping at the SuperU in Belz, as well as trips to St Cado, Etel and Carnac. Traveling by ferry from Plymouth to Roscoff, we were delayed en route due to severe weather and arrived very late to the gite (post-midnight). The owners were very generous and gracious in welcoming us so late. We broke up our return journey by staying the night in Roscoff (La Residences des Artistes) and eating at Chez Janie. It was a great end to a great week, only 2 hours 20 minutes from Roscoff.

Parfait. Le jardin est top avec le spa bien protégé de la vue extérieure. Un joli écrin de verdure.La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée. Et l'hÎte est trÚs agréable.

Grande maison située en un quartier calme de la jolie ville d'Erdeven. Cet endroit est parfait pour visiter les environs : Quiberon, Carnac, Etel etc. mais aussi pour profiter d'une grande plage de sable fin à 5 min en voiture.La maison quant a elle est pleinement fonctionnelle, bien équipée et joliment décorée. La communication avec sa propriétaire est trÚs facile, je recommande ce logement.

Maison spacieuse pour un séjour en famille

La maison est spacieuse et bien agencĂ©e. Jardin agrĂ©able avec terrasse /pergola permettant de manger dehors et profiter des chaises longues. La maison correspond au descriptif et est bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Commerces Ă  proximitĂ©. IdĂ©al pour visiter la rĂ©gion. TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour. S’il fallait Ă©mettre une petite remarque, c’est le manque de place pour ranger les denrĂ©es de type Ă©picerie. Pour le frais, il n’y a pas de soucis, car la maison dispose de 2 rĂ©frigĂ©rateurs.

Belle maison, bien situĂ©e mais annonce mensongĂšre sur certains Ă©quipements: le meuble barbecue Ă  gaz Ă©tait manquant et remplacĂ© par un petit barbecue ‘canoon’ instable et complĂštement rouillĂ© et le parasol chauffant Ă©tait inexistant, tous 2 pourtant prĂ©sentĂ©s dans l’annonce au moment de la rĂ©servation. Les meubles de la piĂšce Ă  vivre et de la cuisine Ă©taient si remplis de vaisselle, redondante, que nous n’avions absolu aucun emplacement pour la nourriture. Le sĂ©jour s’est quand trĂšs bien passĂ© mais, Ă  la remise des clĂ©s, nous nous sommes retrouvĂ©s devant une propriĂ©taire agressive, d’une mauvaise foi caractĂ©risĂ©e, allant mĂȘme Ă  nous accuser d’avoir cassĂ© l’aspirateur et des verres. La propriĂ©taire nous a Ă©galement accusĂ©s de la perte du double des clĂ©s
 qui Ă©taient restĂ©es dans un placard. Nous ne les avions pas utilisĂ©es ne connaissant pas leur existence. Nous sommes habituĂ©s Ă  louer de belles maisons, toujours sans aucun problĂšme,et cette fin de sĂ©jour nous a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs pĂ©nible. En conclusion, belle maison mais limite malhonnĂȘte.

Maison trÚs bien équipée et simple à vivre en famille, dans un environnement calme mais à deux pas des commerces. On a apprécié la terrasse couverte pour déjeuner/dßner dehors sans vis à vis. Et mention spéciale pour la mise à disposition de BD et de vélos !

Quartier tranquille. Maison spatieuse, nous Ă©tions 5 couples. Il y a tout le nĂ©cessaire pour la cuisine et les repas. Le linge fourni est un plus bien agreable. Nous aurions aimĂ© avoir un placard vide pour ranger notre Ă©picerie. Les couchages de l’etage de la maison ne sont pas faciles pour des personnes qui ont des difficultĂ©s de mouvement.
