The accommodation comprises

- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC

Outside:
- A terrace of around 10 m² with furniture for 4 people

The cottage is ideally located in Eppe-Sauvage, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are close by.

Activities :
- Centre Aquatica: water in all its forms and for all tastes. Discover the calm of the swimming pool and the red ball of the large leisure pool that will delight wave lovers. Finally, the benefits of steam in the saunas and hammam will offer visitors to the relaxation area the chance to unwind and relax.
- Water sports: on the edge of the lake, the Maison des Sports et de la Nature is equipped with catamarans, windsurfers, kayaks and stand-up paddles. It has a clubhouse, classrooms and changing facilities with showers, toilets and lockers, and is open all year round to those who want to learn or improve their sailing skills.
