Stepped path (9 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. Shop 2.7 km, bus stop 2 km, pebble beach "Lac Nolay" 1.9 km. Nearby attractions: Vignobles des Côtes de Beaune 22 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Nolay 1.9 km. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.
