Conveniently located just 5 minutes north of Emory, you’ll be close to multiple Lake Fork boat ramps and only 25 minutes from Canton’s world-famous First Monday Trade Days.

Explore all 40 fenced acres at your leisure. It’s true nature—so bring sturdy shoes and enjoy the adventure. (Expect uneven ground, branches, wildlife, and the occasional snake.)

We live on-site as hosts, and the COTTAGE  was thoughtfully designed and built as our guest house—offering both privacy and support when you need it.

We absolutely loved the property !!! Met all of our expectations!! Stayed bc we drove to a baptism revival in Willis Point 25 minutes away! Used the property to walk also walk everyday morning and evening!!! Absolutely Beautiful!! And loved sitting on back porch to drink coffee early morning to watch the sun rise !! Own of property so very kind and helpful !!!

Weekend getaway

This is one of the most relaxing places on earth. Very clean and safe. Beautiful view of the pond. We were able to decompress from life’s hectic schedule and just relax. The best of medicine!!!!Thank you Shane, we will be back.

Definitely worth it!

If you're looking to get away, relax, and fish, this is the spot to go. Its quiet, and so relaxing, especially in the mornings drinking coffee out on the deck. I absolutely recommend!

We had a very good time staying here for the Big Bass Splash. The host was very helpful and took very good care of all our needs. The little Cottage is set up perfect for 2 people but we were comfortable with 4 as well. Very nice relaxing and visiting on the deck overlooking the pond. Thanks again Shane for a very good stay. Best Birthday Bass Fishing!

I highly recommend staying at Sweet Dove! It was my husband’s birthday week and we had a great time fishing on the property and Lake Fork. The cottage was immaculate and the owner was very helpful. We plan to stay there again in the future.
